On Sin and Disease

When we call, "sin," a, "disease," we do injustice to what the Bible has outright taught about how to address it. You wouldn't give someone battling a sin like drunkenness, lust, or idolatry a dose of an antibiotic, nor would you give someone fighting a cold, the flu, or cancer a dose of church discipline.
